SoulCycle Offering Free Classes to Entice Peloton Owners

Tired of riding solo? Now you don't have to.

SoulCycle's new Soul Reunited initiative is offering Peloton riders the opportunity to score some free classes.

The indoor cycling franchise has a proposition to get people back to riding in packs and finally wave goodbye to solo-cycling. The company is so certain that indoor bikers will prefer its community-driven cycling classes that it's willing to give away thousands SoulCycle spin classes to a few select sweepstake applicants.

"Riding in a studio is an unrivaled experience, adding a much needed dose of intoxicating energy and an electric atmosphere into our workout routines, and we missed this during the pandemic," SoulCycle CEO Evelyn Webster told People.

"This offer is about saying 'we hear you' to those who want those feelings back, and giving them the chance to ride together, not solo."

There is a catch, though.

All who enter the giveaway must reside within the contiguous United States. And, if chosen as a winner, you will have to trade-in your Peloton bike

In exchange for your bike (that you theoretically would no longer be using, anyway), SoulCycle is giving riders the equivalent value of their Peloton in in-studio classes at SoulCycle. This works out to a package of 47 SoulCycle classes per winner, that they can choose to use at any of the company's 83 locations nationwide.

The company has also promised to arrange for simple and easy pick-up of the stationary bike—so don't sweat moving it!

The Souls Reunited campaign will only be eligible to the first 100 Peloton riders who apply for the package within the week that spans from July 27 to Aug. 3. To enter the sweepstakes or learn more, visit the SoulCycle website
