Kelsea Ballerini Bares No Shortage of Skin in Her Boldest Look Yet

Kelsea Ballerini's latest risqué fashion move has thrown social media into a tizzy.

The "Miss Me More" singer attended the Time100 Next 2023 event on Oct. 24 in New York City, stepping out in an ultra-daring black gown—and fans are calling her an "It Girl."

The revealing number featured a massive cutout that showed off her toned midriff area, extending from right at her chest bone all the way down to beneath her hip. The detailing was placed diagonally across the body, with an additional thigh-high slit on the opposite side, making for no shortage of skin.

The dark, long-sleeved dress included some metallic accents, with large silver knot baubles appearing toward the top and middle of the ensemble.

For beauty, the 30-year-old rocked a sleek ponytail, whom she credited to hairstylist Danielle Priano, and a sultry, soft glam makeup look done by Kelsey Deenihan Fisher.

In additional photos wearing the sizzling outfit, which were shared to Instagram, Ballerini posed alongside beau Chase Stokes for a couple cheeky snaps.

In the comment section of the Oct. 24 upload, fans and followers flooded in with adoration for the chic moment.

"U really figured out how to use these lil black dresses," one noticed, while another complimented, "u have been serving looks recently and i’m here for it."

"The gorgeous and talented 'It Girl' ❤️," a third gushed.

Even the Outer Banks actor, himself, commented on the content, confirming, "We just, doubled down my love." Several social media users obviously agreed, as the note became a top-liked comment under the post.

At the function, the "Peter Pan" singer was honored among a group of other "emerging leaders from around the world who are shaping the future and defining the next generation of leadership," according to TIME.

Hailey Bieber, Ice Spice, Angel Reese, Paul Mescal, Jalen Hurts, and several others were also among this year's honorees.
