Harry Jowsey Defends 'Really Upset' Rylee Arnold Amid Romance Speculation

Harry Jowsey is standing up for his Dancing With the Stars partner after the two were blasted with criticism for the performance that earned them the lowest scores of the night on Oct. 24's episode.

YouTube commenters called out his lack of movement and suggested the two were relying on their purported showmance to move forward, rather than putting in an effort to choreograph a showstopping performance and teach the Too Hot To Handle alum to dance.

Now, the contestant is asking for a little bit of grace. "Hello my loves, I'm just going to keep this short and sweet," he said in a video uploaded on Snapchat, which was reposted on TikTok by someone else.

The statement was made in response to a fan's comment manifesting higher scores during the next episode, which the 26-year-old said was "one of the only nice ones left after last night."

He continued, "I just want to say, today has been extremely difficult. Poor Rylee is really upset, I'm really upset. I think we're both equally devastated and upset about last night, 'cause it wasn't our night, wasn't our best dance. And, obviously, the comments and everyone online kind of reflects that as well." Later, he added, "It's not very nice to read and today was really difficult for both of us."

He then begged those who "don't have anything nice to say [to please not] say it." It's his 18-year-old partner's first time as a pro on the show, and he, like most contestants, has never danced before this, something he emphasized, stating, "We're learning, we're figuring it out, that's the point of this show; it's to have someone who's never danced before, put'em on the world stage, and tell them to try and figure it out."

The reality star sent his love and appreciation to those who have been supporting them, before hyping up his partner once more. "I love spending time with Rylee. She's an incredible person, she's an incredible woman, and it's been such a joy to be with her."
