Bruce Willis' Wife Emma Makes Plea of Matthew Perry Fans After His Death

Emma Heming Willis, the wife of actor Bruce Willis, sent out an earnest plea to fans of Matthew Perry after the actor's death on Oct. 28.

The 45-year-old, whose husband starred in both The Whole Nine Yards and The Whole Ten Yards in the early 2000s with Perry, took to Instagram on Monday, Oct. 30, to share her message.

She wrote in the posted image, "I don't need to hear the 911 dispatch call. I don't need to know the autopsy report. Why? Because it's absolutely none of my business. This level of lookie-loo and entitlement is god awful and I will never understand it. Let this man rest in peace and show some respect. Give his family and friends grace to mourn and grieve without all this noise."

Along with the to-the-point message in the image she shared, Heming Willis added in the caption, "Please allow Matthew’s family to control this narrative. Please allow them the right to share what they see fit with the public or not."

"Nothing is owed to us. Matthew is not public property. If it has not come from them directly, then it is just noise and keep scrolling 🤍," she concluded.

After news of Perry's death came out, Heming Willis honored the actor by sharing a clip of an interview with the Friends star and Willis showing off their friendship and clear chemistry.

At the same time, Willis' daughter, Rumer Willis, also shared a tribute for the late 54-year-old, recalling the time she spent on the set of The Whole Nine Yards and its sequel. She wrote of Perry, "he was so kind and funny and sweet with my sisters," before complimenting his comedy and noting how he "brought a lot of joy to people" with his work.
