Tammy Slaton is feeling herself after losing 300 pounds.

On June 27, the 1000-Lb Sisters star took to Instagram to show off her immense weight loss, sharing her first full body photo of her transformation.

In the upload, which she left without a caption, Tammy wore a summery white dressed that featured colorful flowers. She also noticeably ditched both her walking aid and oxygen tank, items she was previously dependent on.

Of course, it didn't take long for fans to applaud Tammy's new look. Case in point: One follower declared, "Where did Tammy go? 🧐 You look incredible!"

Another chimed in, "Looking good sis ❤️."

A third happily wrote, "Gorgeous 🔥the best is yet to come for you Tammy!"

Fans have had a front-row seat to Tammy's health journey on her TLC show. In fact, season four of 1000-Lb Sisters—which aired earlier in 2023—followed an over 700-pound Tammy entering rehab and facing a health scare that resulted in a tracheotomy and a medically induced coma.

In a 1000-Lb Sisters scene first shared by Parade, Tammy gushed, "Finally, all my work has paid off." She went on to call the approval "a f-----g miracle."

She added at the time, "After all this bulls--t, all the sacrifices. I had to give up a lot. My soadies. My chocolate."
