Kourtney Kardashian Sparks Heated Debate With Photo of Food in the Bathroom

The reality star's new post was surprisingly divisive.

A social media post from Kourtney Kardashian that was supposed to be a simple photo dump of how she spent her time recently led to a very heated debate about the presence of food in the bathroom.

The reality star shared a bunch of photos captioned, "😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫," which include a snap showing some quality time spent in the bathroom with a bubble bath, drinks, and delicious food.

One photo provides an overhead view of a bath and an array of food and champagne spread out on the floor, including chicken fingers, strawberries, and cucumber salad, with one plate of a partially-eaten burger sitting on top of the toilet seat cover.

People immediately shared their strong responses in the comments.

"Food on the commode and bathroom floor 😳 no ma’am 👣👣👣," said one, while someone else wrote, "Food in the bathroom is not the move 🤢."

"Third picture 😟🦠🚨," said another.

A follower commented, "That bathroom scene is what nightmares are made of," as a different person said, "Food in the bathroom is crazy court."

There were a few people who came to Kardashian's defense, like one who wrote, "People are commenting about food in the bathroom but you take your phone in the bathroom and then have it at the table taking pics of your food…same difference. Let Kourt live!"

Someone else also agreed with Kardashian's choice to eat in the bathroom, sharing that they occasionally enjoy some room service in the tub: "Lmao people talking about food in the bath like your toilet isn’t in the same room as your tub…You’ve never ordered room service and ate it in the tub? Then you aren’t truly living my friend. 😉😘."

Kardashian responded to the comments in an Instagram Story in which she reposted the photo of the food on the bathroom floor and added the text, "the comments about this photo ðŸ˜µ‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫."

It looks like the set-up was for a photo shoot, as the 42-year-old also shared an additional image of herself and husband, Travis Barker, in the tub, via Today.com, with Kardashian eating the burger and looking at the camera.
